Bugfixes!

Hopefully this release should fix some of the issues people were seeing with game start up and saves! I've fixed a bug where some saves wouldn't register until the game was completely stopped and restarted, and tweaked some settings that should hopefully help when starting out the game on screens of different resolutions.

On another note, I've also added a 32 bit Window build!
